Order Changes and Cancellations
- Changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order is processed, we are unable to make modifications.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Onyx Native is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier. If you experience any issues, please reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking information.
